This is the expiry date for submitting objections to Planning Application 13/03292/FUL Just a reminder that This would be for noisy work with no restrictions on times of working The Environmental Health Department do not support this application. So if you live in the vicinity ( see addresses submitted so far on application) please consider giving this your earliest attention. |

Just had notification that permission has been refused on the grounds of detrimental effects on local homes related to noise, vibration,smell, fumes,smoke, soot ash, dust and grit. So thank you to one and all who took the trouble to object . |

So can we now expect positive comments from those who think planning departments are just rubber stamp departments. The rejection is a classic example of the planning department doing the job it exists to do. |
