Does anyone know where the feeding stations for the cyclist will be? or maybe who I would contact to find that out? I have visitors arriving for the event and they are very keen to try for a souvenir empty food carton/cup thrown away by the riders! each to their own!!! I have looked on many websites re tour and cant see this snippet of info. thank you. |

They don't have any, they just take bottles & anything else from their support cars, & often just chuck the bottles by the roadside, so that might give an opportunity to get a souvenir. |

they do have designated feed area but it is a case of slowing slightly and grabbing a mussette (a cotton bag of scoff) from a team helper. If you can find where they are you might get the bag as it is thrown away a mile down the road. Other than that as has been said above, it is a case of being int he right place as a bottle is thrown away. Incidentally, teams and team members do get find by the race organisers for littering. |
