I have an old DVD/VCR combi unit I want fixing, the VCR bit has gone wonky, can't recall exactly as it's a long time since I used it but I don't think it would eject tapes properly. Anyone able to recommend a place to get it repaired? Cheers for any replies.  |

Many years ago we used to use Airedale Television Services in Crosshills (the last shop on the left going towards Glusburn). It used to be run by father & son but is now only run by the father. He is very honest and would not rip you off. The tel. No. is 01535-636609. If you use this one then it will be cheaper to take your video into the shop rather than call him out. The other one which comes to mind is advertised in the free magazine which comes through the door called 'On Your Doorstep' and inside this television services engineer always advertises. His name is Hugh Woolmore on 01756-799892 or Mobile 07754-469404. I have never used this one so I can't recommend. |
