I think I have the wrong place!! it was 1-5 bolton road and was up for discussion at town council meeting last week, the way its worded is confusing |

I read that change of use somewhere too. I think it was for the place next to Chicago Hut, the one that was the fruit n veg shop. |

The newsagent in Briggate has a deed of covenant attached to it stating that it can not be used as either a takeaway or restaurant this is probably why Stefanos have not taken up offers to buy it. |
