hope he can drive better than he can read, because i got 1 of them flyers thru my letterbox and it says on my door *no junk mail* fed up of chucking them out onto main road haha |

When I got made redundant I welcomed the chance to make some extra cash. So I delivered 1000 leaflets in Silsden & got £65 for my troubles. The abuse I got from some individuals in the town was quite unbelievable. This was in 1996, I had been earning £65,000 a year, at that time, then basic dole. I felt humiliated, but I felt the need to do something for my self-respect. I did not anticipate the abuse I received. Did I deliver more leaflets? No, I could not repeat the experience. There, but for the grace of God, go I! |
