I see this water is still flowing down Howden Rd, anyone know why?. |

Most of it is coming up from a manhole cover outside the Springbank nursing home. I don't know what is under there, maybe telephone cables ? Some water is also coming out of the wall in the same area. The first roadside drain downstream is totally silted up, so it continues down Howden road. |

As this water has been flowing since the heavy rain at Christmas time I have been in touch with Y.W.A. and they say no one has reported this problem. They say they will send someone out this evening to have a look.. |

The first roadside drain en-route is also silted up solid and I have reported that to Bradford council, but if they take as long to look at drains as they do the faulty street lights, then it could be some time. I reported the three street lights not working before christmas. |

Just had a call back from Y.W.A. to say that this was reported some time ago, and there assessment is this is water coming from the ground. If I am concerned about the water on the road I should contact Brad Met. |
