For months there has been a solitary goose living with all the ducks on Silsden beck, it is usually seen stood on the edge of the weir by the post office, it was quite tame and would come over and take food from the hand. My wife has not seen it since just before Christmas........Has someone done the unthinkable with it ??. Or has it moved on of its own accord. Phil |

it did seem to take a break over Christmas but was definitely back in the New Year - although i have not seen it now for a few days...... The white duck that appeared in Autumn has definietly vanished and that went around Christmas time - hmmmmmm nice! |

didnt see either goose or white duck tonight when feeding ducks daisy had turbo fitted(raining) saw a rat on the main road side of the beck though it scurried from the phone box to the slipway |
