A draft plan has been produced. Please send any comments or suggestions by the end of January 2016 to clerk@steeton-with-eastburnparishcouncil.gov.uk, or by post to Clerk, Steeton-with-Eastburn Parish Council, 35 Kings Mill Lane, Settle, N. Yorks, BD24 9FD. From February 2016 onwards there will be a further, formal consultation period. "The Localism Act 2011 introduced statutory neighbourhood planning in England. It enables communities to draw up a Neighbourhood Plan for their area and is intended to give communities more of a say in the development of their local area (within certain limits and parameters)." |

I would say Silsden needs to concentrate on some modern small office space which is lacking this end of the Aire Valley. |
