This afternoon 2 aircraft flew low over Silsden @1.45, they were about 1000ft high, ww2 aircraft I would say. Did anyone else see them and if so could you identify them. It was a beautiful sight. |

this post has been edited 1 time(s) got a quick sighting were they bristol blenheims could of been wellingtons,certainly not lancasters. |

Sorry guys, the only aircraft i saw saw this PM around 1.30 was an old military helicopter, never saw any other plane. Confused! |

Hi Middy, Someone asked about two planes that flew past Silsden 1.45ish this afternoon. I was bird watching in Wharfedale and got photographs of what I would imagine to be the same two plus a helicopter soon after, use them if you wish. Dave    |

Thanks Midway, they are the 2 that flew over Silsden, they came from the Skipton direction and past over silsden golf club. I could hear the helicopter but did not see it. |
