Im all for brightening up anywhere with plants.But I would only spend money on a small area.Unlike Bradford Council who have gone over the top in Keighley.I noticed down East Parade they have put up hanging baskets even on private buildings.All there to see with their new brackets.And then they pay 2 blokes to go around watering them.If shops want them they should sort them out themselves.If the Council insist on them then we should get the same in Silsden.Or better than plants CCTV. ps If the shops are paying the council for them I stand corrected |
