What happened to the bin and lamppost on Howden road opposite Daisy Hill on Saturday night ? |

a young lad took his dads car and crashed it he was arrested at the scene no insurance and all the rest that goes with that. |

Was he a Silsden kid? Good job there wasn't a gang of kids there like there quite often is! |

Alan, he is from Silsden and he is not a bad lad but again drink in a young person has lead them to do a very rash thing luckily no one was killed but crashing out side a shop on a road where people walk up and down all the time there could have been a fatality  remeber the chap killed on Skipton road a few years ago I think his name was Hollins he was on the pavement and was hit by a young lad who lost control. |

His Dad may also find that he is not insured.... My insurance specifies this as an exclusion. Even though I would not expect my kids to do something like this (which I am sure this Dad didn't) I made sure I told my kids that this would not be covered just in case they got the urge. |

this post has been edited 3 time(s) the lad was called kendall lives up daisy hill, dont know his first name, was talking to his dad friday night the car was sorned and off the road no insurace or anything  and no driving licence will be a long time before he will get one now |
