Can anyone give me the name of the landowner of the land by the bypass on the Silsden side where cars park. A friend of mine says he caught someone fly tipping this morning and has taken a photo. He said the people told him they had permission to drop stuff there. |

Report it to the council who should check if the person has a waste carriers licence first of all. wheel man , was it a "tree surgeon" I use the term loosely , in a white transit with green writing ? I have seen him there a few times. if it is he hasn't permission, he rents a bit of land and then abuses the ownership by tipping. IF, it's the same guy he used to fly tip everywhere, it wasn't so long ago that he used to collect scrap, it's funny how a lot of the ex scrap collectors are now all Tree surgeons...... rolls eyes, walks away shaking head.... |
