Just been past Spring Bank nursing home again today and still a lot of tradesmens motors outside. Anyone any idea if it will reopen as a nursing home or are there new plans? |

A company called Springbank Nursing Home have an application for planning for a two story extension so it looks like it will still be a nursing home |
