He said: “Usually flagpoles are installed on the top of buildings and the colour of the pole is not much of an issue, however in this case the flagpole will be protruding at a 45 degree angle from the front of the building, at first storey height.” What utter bllcks. I cannot believe how stupid Bradford Council can be. A black flagpole is going to look crap! Flagpoles are white!! I've half a mind to write to the council and tell them how stupid they are, anyone have the correct postal address for these idiots?
