IMPORTANT PLEASE READ This website and forum has been living on borrowed web server time for years. At the end of this month silsden.net in it's present form will cease to exist, BUT there is a new silsden.net in the making, and a new forum, and lots of exciting new things coming to this space. this post has been edited 2 time(s) can't see any significant change since a similar application was rejected 12 months ago: https://planning.bradford.gov.uk/online-applications/files/1B07F18CB38B49A6E9323B25C17EA685/pdf/17_06814_MAF-DECISION_NOTICE-5120558.pdf |

Surely the environment agency are objecting or do they not realise that this is an old tip, black bag tip not ash. This site was reworked in the 70s all the ash was removed and back filled with bin rubbish, it would seem that bfd planners have not done any checks or they would not have been allowed to even pass what's there under permitted development rights.someone needs to chase this up as old rubbish tips contain nasty things not just gas. |

If you had taken the time to go online and view the documents you might have noticed that all that information has been explicitly historically declared! |

quoteCorrection Peter, The agricultural building permission was granted Prior Approval by Default Out of Time.Strange decision i think, please see date of application and date of approval The length of time a Local Planning Authority (LPA) has to determine a planning application depends on what type of planning application is being sought. Most applications should be determined within 8 weeks and major applications are allowed 13 weeks.
