This website and forum has been living on borrowed web server time for years. At the end of this month silsden.net in it's present form will cease to exist, BUT there is a new silsden.net in the making, and a new forum, and lots of exciting new things coming to this space. Peter

Received two unordered phones from O2. Then phone call telling us they are a mistake, right name wrong address and they will be collected. They were collected. Next we get a confirmation letter from O2. Ring them to make sure their system is up to date and find this has been a scam. O2 know about it so we are hopefully clear of any problems. Ordered in my name, but obviously not with my financial details as no problems there.
Clues failed to pick up on.
Name was mine, but not usual one for orders so looked like an error.
Receipt on collection was a bit vague, and no van outside although location did not that unusual.
So, if you receive anything not ordered open and contact direct supplier. Ignore any calls for collection.
