To all Silsden shopkeepers and tradesmen. On Sunday 26th August we will be resurrecting our senior six a side competition. It was last played in 1989 and we have a copy of the original programme. So, what`s free, well, if any of you would like to put a stall or display around the ground just email. No fee or rent, just a donation if you like if you make a few bob. If anyone fancies sponsoring the event your company name will be seen throughout the north of England. Also the original trophy has gone missing, if anyone has a cup we could use, we need 3, seniors, veterans and ladies, i can re engrave and re silver. [email protected] |

Due to the horrendous weather the senior six a side has been postponed until June next year. Out of the 3 pitches we were going to use, two are really soft and one is under water. Thanks for the ones who showed an interest. |
