Has anyone lost a roll of £20 notes wrapped in a rubber band on **********????
________________ Let's just omit the details on the forum please. I don't suppose the person who lost it will have the serial numbers! Best to hand it to the police as Herself suggested. Peter |

No, but if I did , the first people I'd ask would be the police hoping some honest person had handed it over. |

There is every possibility that a found role of £20 note are forgeries, I doubt anybody will be so careless as to loss real ones, more likely they were thrown away so as not to be caught with them on their person, notify the police about where and when you found them. There are a lot of dud £20 notes about at the moment, also people trying to buy large number of things like fags and wanting to pay with a fist full of £20's,if you are a shop keeper watch out for this ploy. |

sounds dodgy to me, most people do not roll notes up in rubber bands! hope you have handed it in, it could be drug money. |
