Andy Whelan in Highway Maintenance, is intending to arrange for contactors to undertake surface dressing works on the A6034 Kirkgate, Silsden & Brook Street, Ilkley on either Sunday 17th June, Sunday 24th June or Sunday 1st July 2012. If any of these Sundays would be unsuitable for these works to take place due to planned Galas, Fetes, Fairs, or any other functions in the either Silsden or Ilkley, on these dates? Please can you let me know by Wednesday 18th April, so my colleague can inform the surface dressing contractor?
