The time is fast approaching when we will be taking down the decorations from around the Town, due to work commitments this year it will not take place until Saturday the 23rd January. So come one come all, please come along and help us take them down and store them away, if we get enough helpers it should only take the one day to complete the job, the cherry picker is booked, hope to see you all at about 9AM somewhere around the top of the Town, or later if you can't make it that early. Many thanks in advance. |

Last chance to help take the lights down! Calling all those who complain they are bored and have nothing to do, come along to the town hall on Saturday morning, you will find a small but dedicated group of people working away, taking down the decorations that most of our towns folk have enjoyed this last season. Then we start planning for Christmas 2010 we are hoping to get a fare few new strings of lights and maybe some new features, but it will be easier if we have some extra man/woman power, come along and do what you can for only as long as you can, every little helps. |

Thank you to everybody who can alone and helped take the lights down this year. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did, much work to do behind the scenes to prepare for Christmas 2010 but we are starting early, next week so should have it all well planned by then. See you in November! |
