Thought I would give this forum a chance (long shot!). Really would like to buy a house in Addingham but the market seems very slow. Anybody thinking about selling, I'm a willing and able buyer! Pref 3 beds - £230k price range |

you've probably already done this, but if not get your name down with every agent and ask them to alert you when anything comes up. no disrespect but you'll do well to get 2 bedrooms in Addingham for £230k .. |

Thanks. Have phoned round all the agents although they seem more interested in speaking to me about mortgages than houses at the moment! 3 beds in that range do occasionally come up but not often at all. Large 2 bed good as well, prices do seem to have shot up even in the last year though. Maybe back to drawing board |
