Have you noticed how many street lights are not working in Silsden? I'm starting this so we can perhaps put in a reqest to get them looked at without going through to process of reporting them individually. (Bradford have made this difficult to do because they have moved their website page again  )I'll start it off: 2 lights on Bolton Road at the Dale View junction. |

This would be a great idea to put them in as a bulk request, but I belive they will require the lampost number as well as the street name...  |

Do we need so many street lights? just think of the energy we could be saving. Let allone the light pollution  |

I suppose it's a question of safety. If they turn off all the lights, we'll get more burglaries, muggings, and concerns from elderly people who have to get about on dark nights. You would also have more dog poo on your shoes, as you wouldn't be able to see it all |
