On Saturday 24th June the Grand Opening of Silsden Community Library will take place in the Town Hall from 10.00 till 12.00. There will be refreshments, activities for children and an art display. The library will be open from 9.30 until 13.00 (normal Saturday hours), with the ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10.30. All the facilities of Bradford libraries are now available in Silsden, including 3 computers and access to the entire Bradford library catalogue. Everybody is welcome and we hope that many of the library volunteers, without whom the library could not have re-opened, will be able to attend. |

Thank you to everybody who supported the Grand Opening of Silsden Community Library yesterday and made it such a successful and enjoyable morning. The library opening hours are as follows: Monday 10:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday 10:00am - 6:00pm Wednesday Closed Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm Saturday 09:30am - 1:00pm Sunday Closed In addition to all the books and resources available from the Bradford catalogue, the library has 3 computers, which can be pre-booked, and printing and photocopying facilities. |
