Traffic is building up because of a crash near to the river bridge. There was some debris on the road. Expect delays  |

this post has been edited 1 time(s) Keighley Road still looks busy. It was easier getting into Silsden than out of Silsden. Edit: heard the road has been closed. |

Travelling from Shipley at 5pm, now 6.30pm we were diverted to farnhill, we are stuck in traffic near Kildwick. Does anyone know if the high street is open now and that this is just traffic congestion? Hope the people involved In the incident are ok. |

I really hope the people involved in the accident are OK but wonder why the road has to be closed for so long afterwards, causing chaos to thousands of people |

Road is now open both ways. The BMW driver was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries. |

Good to hear no serious injuries although on Twitter some one was not happy robyn @robynburden · 1h 1 hour ago Cancelled every f*****g bus to Silsden all night because some unconsidered doylum crashed and died on the bridge You cant believe some people |
