I anyone else having difficulty with bt broadband? Mine has gone so slow I cannot use bbc I player. The bt chap told me the correct signal was not being sent from the exchange, then said I'd receive a call in two days. A subsequent email threatened me with a charge of £129.99 if the problem wasn't theirs. |

Sounds like you need to move to either Virgin Media or Sky. Virgin Media charge £75 for call out charges deemed not their fault. I've been with Virgin Media for 15 years, or there abouts. Customer Services vary in effectiveness, but the services are generally good. |

BT certainly been slow Saturday, slightly better Sunday, generally very reliable |

Our BT broadband also slow some evenings, likewise unable to watch iPlayer last night. Have BT come back to you Robin? I will be contacting them today to complain also. |

The engineer is due today, the follow up call on Sunday consisted mainly of reminding me it's £129.99 if it's my fault. According to my iPad my download speed is 0.49 according to bt it should be upto 17. We'll see. |

Broadband fixed, needed reset in exchange, taken a week to get it sorted. |

Too little too late..... I had broadband two years before BT got around to providing anything. Cable provided by Yorkshire Cable, which became BlueYonder which is now Virgin Cable. At the moment I have 100Mb / sec broadband access which actually works out at 64Mb / sec. Can you match that BT? |
