I've used them 3 times in the last few months, once for new equipment, twice for repairs to my existing kit. I have to say that their customer service is great, nothing is too much trouble, and they deserve local support. I would say that I'm not related to them, I don't know them personally, but I like to give credit where it is due!  |

Here, here, me too. I got a connector for my laptop to my screen and they helped me work it. Great service. (And I am not related to them either) |

I bobbed in a couple of months ago and they were really helpful and sorted the problem with my laptop. Quick, friendly and did not cost a fortune!!!! |

i used them for copying video to dvd found them very helpful and didnt make a big deal out of a rather embarrassing piece of film |

I just had to use them to repair my PC, and they did an excellent job. Would certainly use them again. |

Just want to add my comments about Computer Universe. They did an excellent job in retrieving a lot of photos which I accidently deleted from the recycle bin but were still on the hard drive. Apart from their skills they were helpful,friendly & knowledgeble. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I will definately use them again. |
