I go swimming at Craven Lesuire Centre. But they have been having a new gym built. Which opened at the weekend and being nosey I went along to have a look. I was pretty impressed. It has tons of new equipment. Each set of equipment has a TV screen so you can watch TV whilst exercising (though the coice of channels isn't entirely to my taste. It's all air conditioned. And generally a jolly nice place. And even better if you sign up and pay for year i advance (or by direct debit) you can use the pool, steam room, sauna, the dance/aerobics classes (opening soon) all for £33 a month. As much as you like anytime time you like. Tis a bargain if you ask me. |
