At the end of this month silsden.net in it's present form will cease to exist, BUT there is a new silsden.net in the making, and a new forum, and lots of exciting new things coming to this space. Topic : Opposite the skate ramps |
|
| shropshirelad |
Hi, first poster so be nice! I have many a time enjoyed our lovely park but one thing truely baffles me...what is the stone, rock and concrete arrangement meant to represent opposite the skate ramps? I dont particularly dislike it, I just can't fathom what it is. Does it mean anything? Are the footsteps in the concrete intentional? I'd love to know the story behind it...Anyone? |

The rocks are for cycles. Mountainbike trials I think, bit like motorcycle trials where you try to go through an obstacle course without putting a foot on the ground. |
