I wonder if someone can tell me if the link to Silsden Facebook has changed. I am not registered with Facebook, but used to be able to view other posts on there. Now it says I need to register. Does anyone know ? Thanks Phil |

I am registered with facebook and used to look at the silsden news page and silsden buzz, silsden buzz is still there but the silsden news one has disappeared, no idea why or how you would find out. Maybe whoever was running it has decided to stop. |

It looks like the Facebook: silsden-news and silsden-needs-you have stopped being supported and disappeared. To see many of the Facebook sites you do need to have a Facebook account, or is a nag nag nag ............... Hi, Both Silsden Buzz and Silsden News are still running. Silsden News is here https://www.facebook.com/groups/755023024627071/?ref=group_header but it says it's a "Closed Group" so I guess you'll need to be logged in to Facebook and added to the group to see it. |

Thanks for the update, but what's the point of a facebook page with public content if you have to join the group to find out what the content is? - ie got you now!????? |

you only have to join silsden buzz if you want to comment on anything but can see all the posts just by logging into facebook, silsden news used to be able to comment on that, it was an open group, maybe they should have put a message on saying no longer an open group, less people will see the comments which is a shame as sometimes useful info on there |
