Introduction to Healing with The Alexander Technique. Saturday 21st July 2-4pm. £10 per person inc refreshments.The Alexander Technique teaches a simple method to help you realign your body and release unnecessary build ups of tension. As a result, a huge range of tension related health problems can be alleviated, such as back and neck pain, headaches, high blood pressure, etc. It's surprising how many health issues are tension related. This two hour session will give you some easy ideas to integrate into your daily life to help you relieve stress and operate your body with more freedom, and therefore to free you from unnecessary tensions and their associated problems.
