Just come up main street and couldnt help noticing that there isnt one single christmas light feature on any of the lamp posts is this our not doing or could it have something to do with brad met who incidently supply AND fit Keighley lights, comments please |

due to a discussion in 55 yesterday i know the answer apperently bradmet did something to the lamp posts recently and you cant hook the lights upto them anymore the connections have gone |

we all think that mega thanks are in order for the organizers of 2 nites activities and with a little HELP from bradmet this could have been an even more success ie the street lighting , for those that dont know the reason that there was no lampost decoration or colourd street lighting was down to brad met, who for some reason had the elec supply to the lampost sockets disconeccted hense no street lighting ,There must have been a reason for this and i hope that bradmet can convince us. the taxpayer that this was just a blip and wont happen again |

Last time the Christmas lights problem appeared it seemed to be solved by a BNP candidate standing in the local elections. While I have no time for their politics they do tend to wake up complacent politicians who suddenly see where protests votes might go that makes them look bad. |
