I'll ask you a couple now, thequestion. 1 - How many Silsdeners are on the Town Council? 2 - How many Silsdeners are governors at South Craven (the school MOST want their kids to go too)? Will look forward to the answer......  |

A better question would be 'Do Silsden people actually care who is on the Council' and in relation to school governors, everyone knows membership of those bodies is either by invitation or birthright. |

i am the one and only cobbydaler on the town council and no i will never be the mayor couldnt trust myself with the jewels school governor ive been one of them aswell |

The biggest group of governors ARE parent governors which you did not bother to differentiate. They give up their free time for no reward! That is what I find insulting. So perhaps you or 'thequestion', whichever, can answer the question as to how many Silsdeners are parent governors at South Craven? That's a school with 700 Silsden children in! As for other governors look on the internet, then you'd be a Mr Knowitall! I am not replying to questions from people who I suspect change their ID for some apparent reason! As this topic is now getting off topic and silly I would ask Peter to close it, please. |
