Does anyone know who is responsible for repairing the damaged wall opposite the entrance to the Driving Range on Keighley Road |

I have mentioned this before. We are led to believe the walls both this side and the other side of Cingles and on both sides of the road were a prority, coincidentaly at the same time in need of replacing. Yet this wall by the beck does not seem to need replacing even though you can actually see through it and more pedestrians use the footpath. |
