this post has been edited 5 time(s) Alvin and Julie would just like to say thank you for all the support and goodwill we've received since opening a month ago. We've been cutting hair since the early 90's and it always takes a while for word to get around that you're good at what you do! After being in Skipton for so many years it was always a bit of a gamble opening a second shop but we have been really pleased by the response we've had, Because we offer both modern and traditional cuts we weren't sure there was a market even though we've always had plenty of customers from Silsden travelling to Skipton. People often don't like change but there definitely seems to be a need for what we're providing and our Kids Zone is going down a treat!, Once again, thank you - it's a tough decision to expand a small business but we are sure we've done the right thing and look forward to being part of the Silsden Community for many years to come! By the way we're having some building work cos of a blocked drain between us and the Punch Bowl but it shouldn't affect opening hours or access. Peter, I've been a bit off colour since we spoke so won't be available for the pictures to be taken til next week, but I'll be in touch and we'll sort something ASAP, hope that's ok? |
