" BRADFORD Council has overspent on its budget by £6 million in the first half of this financial year. The adult services department saw the biggest overspend at £5.2m. Although BMDC overspent on adults and childrens services by £8.3m perhaps they saved £2.3m by not repairing Silsden's roads or taking forever to rebuild walls using cheap materials!!! |
