Other half called in the Coop a short while ago to use the cash machine. In walked a young chap with his dog in tow, straight to a display of wine, picked up a bottle of red and legged it. Other half was momentarily shocked to see him walk in with the dog, then even more so when the lad walked out, so started shouting at him. The staff came running, by which time the lad had gone. The lady that spoke to other half said the lad in question was barred from the coop for stealing. I wonder whether this would be reported, time the police got scum like that off the streets and banged up. |

It's not just you that gets hauled over the coals, it's peter. You're also prejudicing any potential trial (but as you say, slap on wrists is likely outcome sadly) |
