And we cannot wait for Saturday. here's a few important facts Please remember a few important facts : No glass bottles allowed No unopened tins in the Marquee and all tins are sold open from the bar. No camp fires if you bring a Gazebo, please consider other people when putting it up We have professional security and we will be enforcing the law with regards to under age drinking. If you want to buy beer from our Bar and you look young, you will need I.D (your own, not your big brothers). And when leaving the site please consider the residents who live around the event. Very important " HAVE FUN" + We now have event parking for people who cannot park in town. You will enter via Dale lane,Banklands Lane off Bolton road. And exit via Daisy Hill. There is a small fee applicable. If using this parking please be considerate of the local residents. And please don't try and exit at the entrance and vice versa. Ta ! |

Well today's the day !!! The fencing, toilets and Marquee arrive today ( as well as generators, stage etc etc ). It's gonna be a busy busy day. If anyone fancies coming up to help, you are more than welcome. Just come on up and ask for Andy C, Daz L, Dale or Richard. We'll be there from just before 09:00. Helping hands and all that. Best get dressed and crack on. |

THE field for ur parking is all ready for your vehicles,they was a hole that sum1 had stolen the manhole cover off the drain but that has been sorted. parkin in the field is literally 30 seconds walk away |

Well we're finished up for the night. A steady 14 hours. It's all in place now, just few bits to do, and it's going to be awesome. Some real graft done by everyone. Sound check done, did anyone hear it. ? |

weather not looking good from where I am, cold and drizzly, what a shame will have to wrap up warm and bring waterproofs! hope it is a good do a lot of work has gone into it |

the weather is fine in silsden, the event is picking up starting to get busy the big horse field on top of banklands and daisy hill re both open for event parking, three ponds only. dont be caught out with the clampers that have just arrived. 85 pound realise |

Well done Silsden and all involved. I was proud to be able to invite my young grandchildren to come for such a memorable event. How lucky also are we to have the perfect venue and at 7 and 9 they were thrilled to join in wearing their red, white and blue attires. |

Im involved at organising stuff at the football club where we have sometimes have to plan for around a couple of thousand people. So I know what goes on and I have to say from the spectators side of the fence it all ran smoothly. Im sure things cropped up all day that needed attention. So its a big well done to everyone involved in the organisation of the event. Im sure some people will have been upset by the noise(bass) but its not every minute of every day so I dont think its fair to complain. The park is there for the people of Silsden* to enjoy so if this event got over a thousand people into the park then it speaks for itself. *the car park was empty so it was mainly Cobbydalers at the event. WELL DONE EVERYONE |

An absolute fantastic day. Well organised and some brilliant acts. All the local bands were, as usual, great, and all topped off by the main act, Queen tribute band. A great atmosphere throughout the day in the BIG TENT. Well done all those who helped organise the event, and let's hope there is more to follow! |

The accolades are bound to fly in and rightly so. This event, no matter how hard you try or how brilliant the weather may be, will never ever be bettered, or equaled.Its always the first one which makes the headlines, good or bad. Ok things may be added, even taken away as ideas flood in, the main thing is we all try and make it at least a bi annual event, if not an annual event, put my name down to help raise the funds needed. Well done all the team from the first days organising people to the excellent marshals. |

Well done to all the organisers and performers at the Jubilee Do. A fantastic music marathon. Eight hours of a variety of music and a massive marquee to keep out the cold. A brilliant day out. Can we make it an annual one? Very well done, once again. |

I would just like to say thank you to all the people involved in putting together the Jubilee Diamond Do. It was fantastic especially the Queen tribute band. Had a really good time even though the weather was bad. Can we have another next year Pleeeease |
