Has anyone ever seen anyone painting the electric pylons? The ones in the valley by the by-pass have the bottom parts painted gold. Is the valley full of PPF, Pylon Painting Fairies?? It appears to happen every year, so why?? |

Probably the undercoat. I think there was a film with the late Pete Postlethwaite in it about Pylon Painters. |
