Topic : access to post office. |

my mother, approaching ninety, made a valid point the other day. although she happilly gets about on her little electric scooter. she finds it almost impossible to get up the steps and open the door at the post office. now as this place is frequented by many ageing people, would it not be too much to ask for a handrail at the very least? any thoughts? |

most places post offices this size have shut by now would that be more akward having to go to keighley ?? but maybe ask |

Same problem with a pram. I always try get in but it's near enough impossible so have to wait til someone walks passed to see if they can help. |

My mum's problem must be opening the door I suppose. She is ninety! I hope I'm having problems opening post office doors at her age. If that was the least of my worries. Lol. |
