Keep your eyes open, some one is out steeling metal again, a metal fire pit and aluminium spirit level has been stolen from the back of us, wife was in but did not see anything. Oh but they left all the ash! |

Had a scrote in a red Citroen or Peugeot van come up the garden path this morning and try doing one with a box of drills and drill bits. I had just nipped inside for a minute. He made out that he thought it was scrap, because it was left out. |

lets face it, these skip rats are everywhere, some are genuine , some are not!! some will take anything metal that's not (or some cases is ) bolted down !! scrap price is rock bottom at minute so their pickings are slim . |

I didn't report it on this occasion, but with hindsight, I should. It was W558, but I can't remember the remainder. I would recognise the bloke again and probably the van. He had several lip piercings, was short, Stocky with greasy dark brown hair. The van is the smaller midi size van, which like many others are duplicated over several companies. I'm pretty sure it was the Citroen version, but I'm not 100% sure. |
