this post has been edited 1 time(s) well they have put the yellow lines back now, and quite a few parking spots for local shops have disappeared,mainly the one outside knowles and the next one on briggate can they do this willy nilly or does it have to be passed   ps i know there is a side road there but not used much and its a one way street!!!!!!! |

no one takes any notice of the yellow lines anyway! loads of people stop outside the newsagents on yellow lines such lazy arrogant people, there are 2 car parks in silsden neither of which are far from the shops.I think it would also be a good idea to put doble yellows by the phone box on kirkgate as it would ease a lot of congestion if maybe two spaces were lost, it is quite narrow at that point and always causes hold ups |

They won't do that as they like the parking to slow traffic through the town. My gue4ss is its another example of poor work by the company employed to perform the road dressing!! |

Mmmm. Might just have to paint double yellows up and down Skipton Road, to stop some of the moronic parking down there. Lol. |
