There is a rumour going round that Bradford council did it. |

Yes BubbyVee it's the path from the park to Middleway. now spoilt by the building site alongside it. waste from digging out the foundations is dumped alongside it and now floods both the path and Bungalows below. And neither the builders nor Brad, met give a dam. |

This is a permissive path, why would BradMet make it usable?... and it was always wet! |

Yes I'll give you that, always wet.But i'm talking about ankle deep water that runs down the playing fields and also into the properties below. |

It needs the heap removed but somewhere under the heap there is now a sewer. |

Yes you are correct, both the top waste and foul waste were above ground and then covered over with top soil. that could be about 2mt above the foot path. strange is that. |

midway just to make it clear is the mound of soil is on the croft builders site, this site does not have the same planning conditions on it as does the Snell site. |

wots the reason 4 the footpath that was closed 1st september as dont look like owts been done there, nowt been done then didnt need closing surely |

They closed it to finish the pavement at the top of daisy hill, it would be nice if they would complete the footpath (or open up the one through the new houses) before the path gets too muddy but we'll see... |

sounds about right, close it off to benefit them, sod the rest who walk through there, in return they couldve made it into a concrete path instead of the same old muddy path, next time ill just walk straight thru, nowt they can do cos its a footpath, its always want want want with them and never no give and take |

The planning application for the site www.planning4bradford.com/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=MOWI2VDH0B300 My understanding is that the footpaths will be finished on the completion of the building work ( that's end of January 2016) so it looks like we'll be walking in the mud till then. |
