how many others on here, like me & my mates, spent their childhoods exploring the various tunnels that silsden's becks run through? i seem to remember the one under the tip (Bradley Road Green) was practically impassible due to various partial collapses & it being way too small to walk in, but we regularly wandered from the bottom of the tip through the length of the main street & down to jumping jacks, watching out for rats along the way. |
