smokey here, just looking for news and happenings with the local pub business, how was the new year's celebration, what kind of food fair does the community enjoy, what's the favorite drink. what would the community of silsden want if they could call all the shots in order to make a place they would come to everyday! Oh ya, I think a BBQ day is a fantastic idea, a really great way to enhance a community, I'm a chef/pit master I have been bbq-ing for large corp restaurants since the mid 80's the past 3 years I have competed in the food arts bbq championships won grand champ in 2006. 1/3 not too bad. they might still have the video on foodarts.com s.o.s.bbq video. someone requested my email adress there are two..
